    • No-shows are non-refundable, unless by written agreement between both parties
    Refund Processing - Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe which may take up to a week to process.
    Force Majeure - No refunds are guaranteed for events beyond our control (natural disasters, travel restrictions, pandemics), unless required by law.

    All internal areas within the properties/villas are strictly non-smoking.

    Smoking is not permitted indoors or near open doors or windows. Smoking is permitted in external areas as well on the roof terrace.
    Breach of Policy
    If smoking is detected:
    • Additional cleaning and deodorising fees may apply
    • Charges may include professional cleaning, linen replacement, or damage remediation
    • Guests may be asked to vacate the property without refund for serious or repeated breaches
    Guests are responsible for ensuring all occupants and visitors comply with this policy.

    Pet Policy
