By confirming your booking and staying with us at Thula Lembongan Villas, you agree to the Terms and Conditions below. Most of our guests are just like you, easygoing, respectful and a pleasure to host, so you’ll likely find these quite standard. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out
- Bookings
- A booking is confirmed once full or partial payment is received and the confirmation from Thula Lembongan Villas has been issued.
- The primary guest must be at least 18 years old.
- The units are for a maximum of two people – they are not suitable for children.
- Guests must provide accurate personal and payment details.
- We reserve the right to refuse check-in if identification cannot be provided or verified. Bookings are non-transferable without prior approval.
- Accepted payment methods are displayed when booking.
- Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.
- We do not store full credit card details.
- A security deposit or pre-authorisation may be required to be processed prior to check-in. Charges may be applied for damage, excessive cleaning, or missing items.
- Check-in and Check-out
- Check in from 2pm, check out is by 10:30am. Please respect these times.
- Self-check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival.
- At times we can, depending on bookings, allow you to leave a bag before check-in or after check-out – but these are specific arrangements to be made with the host prior. Please do not make the arrangements with the cleaner on site.
- Cancellation and refunds
- Cancellation costs and conditions are shown at time of booking on the relevant platform.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
- Date changes may be offered at our discretion and subject to availability.
- Third-party platform bookings (e.g Airbnb, Booking.com) are subject to ehir respective cancellation policies.
- Approved refunds are processed to original payment method within 10 business days, excluding public holidays in Indonesia and Australia.
- Force Majeure - No refunds are guaranteed for events beyond our control (including natural disasters, travel restrictions, pandemics, war and the likes), unless required by law.
- Thula Lembongan Villas reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings including but not limited to where payment is unsuccessful, guests provide false information or breach any one of the Conditions of Stay.
- Conditions of Stay
- Strictly no-smoking indoors and near open doors or windows of the villa. Guests will incur call-out and reset fees if smoke alarms are triggered. Guests will incur cleaning fees if the villa smells of smoke and/or if the garden is used as an ashtray.
- Guests will be charged for any damage, missing items, or if sheets or towels need to be discarded and replaced if our hotel laundry service cannot restore to a state of hygiene expected by all guests. Guests will be provided with a report where applicable.
- Pets are not permitted to stay or visit.
- The maximum occupancy is two adults.
- Thula Lembongan Villas are not suitable for children.
- Loud noise or music after 10pm is not permitted. Lembongan is quieter than Bali.
- Park your scooter in the driveway outside of the designated villa area. Any tyre marks on the white tiles are difficult to remove and require special cleaning which will be for the guest’s account.
- Use of the free Wi-Fi is expected to be reasonable and not for excessive downloading.
- No photographic, or video shoots for commercial purposes. This requires special arrangements, approvals and fees.
- No parties or events permitted.
- Any illegal activity will result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
- Loss of keys may incur a replacement fee.
- Guests are responsible for securing the villa (locking doors, etc.) when leaving.
Health, safety and security
You are responsible for your health, safety and security. We will do our best to equip you with information as listed below:
- Water: Tap water is not safe to drink. We recommend drinking bottled water during your stay on the island. Most water on the island is drawn from boreholes and safe to use for showering and bathing.
- Power is reliable, but occasional outages can happen across the island. These are usually short. They are outside our control.
- Ocean and swimming: The water is beautiful, but it deserves respect. Tides and currents can be strong and change quickly.
- The villa pool is unfenced. Guests use the pool and all facilities at their own risk. If for any reason you feel safer with it fenced, a local company can provide temporary pool fencing at a cost for the guest’s arrangement and payment.
- Liability: We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Please take all necessary precautions. Lock the villa when you leave, lock valuables in your suitcase, and do no leave valuables lying around.
- Insurance: Travel and medical insurance is strongly recommended.
- Medical: Any medical concerns, illnesses, or injuries must be referred to a qualified medical provider. Lembongan Villa host and team are not qualified to provide medical advice or medicine. If unwell, please contact:

We do not sell your information. The following third parties may, during your booking, have access to your information: Payment processors. Cloud hosting, email service providers, booking and property management platform. Regulatory or legal authorities where required.
International data transfers
Your information may be stored or processed outside your country of residence, including Australia, the EU, or other countries where our service providers operate. We retain data only for as long as necessary to fulfil bookings, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes.

Access your personal data, request correction or deletion, withdraw consent for marketing, request data portability, lodge a complaint.
